Compliance with and enforcement of these terms will be required of any person who accesses, navigates, or uses the websites https://www.sespai6.com (hereinafter, the “Website”). If you do not agree with the conditions outlined, do not access, browse, or use them.

These specific conditions may replace, supplement, or, where appropriate, modify those established in this Legal Notice.

4- ACCESS AND CONTACT
Access to the contents of the Website is completely free.
When a User provides personal data through any of the forms enabled for this purpose on the Website, it will be necessary for them to first accept the Privacy Policy.
In any case, access and navigation on the Website by minors under sixteen (16) years of age are prohibited. It will be presumed that access to the Website by a minor has been made with the prior and express authorization of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives.
Under no circumstances will S’Espai 6 be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the Users, so each of them will be solely responsible for the possible consequences, errors, and failures that may arise from the lack of accuracy of the data provided.

5.1 Rights over the content
The owners of S’Espai 6 are the owners or, where appropriate, have the corresponding licenses for the exploitation rights of intellectual and industrial property necessary to operate on the Website, as well as all the content offered therein, including the Website itself, texts, photographs or illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, interfaces, or any other information or content, and the services available through it.
5.2 Rights over the Website

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents and/or services of the Website are reserved, and in particular, it is prohibited to modify, copy, reproduce, publicly communicate, transform, or distribute, by any means and in any form, all or part of the contents included on the Website, for any purpose, without the prior, express, and written authorization of S’Espai 6 or, where appropriate, of the corresponding rights holders to S’Espai 6.

5.3 Rights over the content and information disseminated by the User
In the event that the User sends information or content of any kind to S’Espai 6 through any of the channels enabled for this purpose, the User declares, guarantees, and accepts that they have the right to do so freely, that such information does not infringe any intellectual property rights, industrial property, trade secret, or any other rights of third parties, and that such information is not confidential or harmful to third parties.
The User acknowledges assuming responsibility, indemnifying S’Espai 6 for any communication or content that they send personally or on their behalf.
If the User becomes aware of the existence of any illegal, unlawful, contrary to the law, or that may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights, industrial, or any other kind, they must immediately notify S’Espai 6 through the email address hola@sespai6.com so that appropriate measures can be taken.
Likewise, in the event that any User or third party considers that any of the content of the Website owned by S’Espai 6 violates their intellectual property rights, industrial, or any other kind, they must send a communication to hola@sespai6.com with the following information:
1- Identifying data and contact information of the claimant or their legal representative.
2- Documentation proving their status as the owner of the rights allegedly infringed.
3- Detailed account of the rights allegedly infringed by S’Espai 6, as well as their exact location within the Website.
4- Express statement by the claimant that the use of the content has been carried out without the consent of the owner of the rights allegedly infringed.

6.1. Links to other websites
In the event that links to other websites are displayed on the Website through different buttons, links, banners, or embedded content, S’Espai 6 informs that these are managed by third parties, with S’Espai 6 not having human or technical means to know in advance and/or control and/or approve all the information, content, products, or services provided by other platforms to which links may be established from the Website.
Consequently, S’Espai 6 cannot assume any responsibility for any aspect related to the website or web page to which a link may be established from the Website, in particular, including but not limited to, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality, and reliability of its products and services, its own links, and/or any of its contents, in general.
In this sense, if Users become aware that the activities carried out through these third-party websites are illegal or contravene morality and/or public order, they must immediately notify S’Espai 6 for the purpose of disabling access to them, an action that will be carried out as soon as possible.

S’Espai 6 does not have the authority or human or technical means to know, control, or approve all the information, content, products, or services provided by other websites that have established links to the Website. S’Espai 6 assumes no responsibility for any aspect related to the website that establishes such a link to the Website; in particular, including but not limited to, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality, and reliability of its products and services, its own links, and/or any of its contents, in general.
7- RULES OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
It is not allowed, and therefore its consequences will be the sole responsibility of the User, to access or use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, whether or not for profit. In particular, and without the following list being limiting, it is prohibited:
1- Use the Website in any way that may cause damage, interruptions, inefficiencies, or defects in its operation or in the computer equipment of a third party.
2- Use the Website for the transmission, installation, or publication of any virus, malicious code, or other harmful programs or files;

Failure by the User to comply with any of the foregoing obligations may result in S’Espai 6 taking appropriate measures under the law and in the exercise of its rights or obligations, including the deletion or blocking of the account of the infringing User, without the possibility of any compensation for damages being granted.
8- RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTIES
Consequently, S’Espai 6 does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for:
1- The continuity of the contents, services, and/or functionalities of the Website.
2- The absence of viruses or other harmful components on the Website or on the server that supplies it.
3- The invulnerability of the Website or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted for it.
4- The lack of usefulness or performance of the contents of the Website.
5- The damages or harms caused, to itself or to a third party, by any person who infringes the conditions, rules, and instructions established by S’Espai 6, or by breaching security systems.
However, S’Espai 6 declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to ensure the operation of the Website and to minimize system errors, both from a technical point of view and regarding the content published on the Website.
S’Espai 6 will not be responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, or updating of the information contained on other platforms to which links are provided from the Website. S’Espai 6 will not assume responsibility for any hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of said information.
S’Espai 6 will not be liable for causes beyond its control, among which may be enumerated, without limitation: force majeure, problems accessing the Internet, technological problems beyond the diligent and reasonable management of S’Espai 6 actions or omissions of third parties, etc. In all cases referred to, beyond the control and due diligence of S’Espai 6, there shall be no indemnification by S’Espai 6 to the User for damages or harms, to the extent permitted by current legislation.
9- SUSPENSION OF THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATION
S’Espai 6 reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or interrupt, whether temporarily or permanently, access, browsing, use, hosting, and/or downloading of content and/or use of services of the Website, with or without prior notice, to Users who contravene any of the provisions detailed in this Legal Notice, without the possibility for the User to demand any compensation for this reason.
10- DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, all personal data collected during the use of the Website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which every User must expressly accept in case of providing personal data through the Website.
11- GENERAL
The headings of the various clauses are for information purposes only and will not affect, qualify, or broaden the interpretation of this Legal Notice. Likewise, S’Espai 6 may modify the conditions stipulated herein, in whole or in part, by publishing any changes in the same way that this legal notice appears or through any type of communication addressed to the Users.
The temporary validity of this Legal Notice coincides, therefore, with the time of its exposure, until it is modified in whole or in part, at which time the modified Legal Notice will come into effect.
12- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Access to and use of the Website shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation and/or application of the legal notice or the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the competent courts will be those established by the applicable legal regulations.
