¿Qué es la Astrología Somática?
La Astrología Somática es una exploración en la que la astrología deja de ser sólo teoría y se convierte en una vivencia corporal y sensorial. Cada energía astrológica se manifiesta en nuestra postura, en la forma en que nos movemos y nos relacionamos con el espacio. El cuerpo es el mapa donde se expresan los astros, y en este taller aprenderemos a leerlo a través del movimiento. Muchas veces comprendemos nuestra carta natal desde la mente, pero ¿ qué ocurre cuando la sentimos en el cuerpo? En este espacio, trabajaremos con la energía del Sol y la Luna, explorando cómo estas fuerzas esenciales nos habitan a través de nuestra identidad y nuestras emociones.
¿Qué exploramos en este taller?
El Sol en el cuerpo → La energía vital, la presencia, la fuerza interior. La Luna en el cuerpo → Las memorias emocionales, la sensibilidad, los ritmos internos. Movimiento y astrología → Cómo integrar la energía de los astros en la experiencia cotidiana. Escucha corporal y conciencia somática → Sentir antes que pensar, integrar antes que analizar.
Colaboración especial: Daniel Alzamora, músico y compositor, nos acompañará con una exploración sonora en vivo, permitiendo que la vibración del sonido amplifique la conexión entre el cuerpo y la energía de los astros.

¿Para quién es este taller?
Para cualquier persona interesada en el autoconocimiento, sin importar si tiene experiencia en astrología o movimiento.
Para astrólogos que quieran explorar la dimensión corporal de la carta natal. Para artistas escénicos y bailarines que deseen profundizar en la conexión entre astrología y expresión.
Para terapeutas y facilitadores que buscan integrar nuevas herramientas de exploración.
¿Cómo será la experiencia?
A través del movimiento, la conciencia corporal y la música, accederás a una forma más profunda y sensorial de vivir la astrología, integrándose en el cuerpo y en la experiencia cotidiana.
Este taller no se basa en teoría ni en técnicas cerradas. Es un espacio de exploración, donde cada persona podrá descubrir su propia conexión con los astros a través de su movimiento y su sentir.
Material necesario
Ropa cómoda para moverte con libertad. Libreta y bolígrafo para tomar notas y reflexionar sobre la experiencia.

What is Somatic Astrology?
Somatic Astrology is an exploration where astrology moves beyond theory and becomes a bodily and sensory experience. Each astrological energy manifests in our posture, the way we move, and how we interact with space. The body is the map where the planets express themselves, and in this workshop, we will learn to read it through movement. We often understand our natal chart with the mind, but what happens when we feel it in the body? In this space, we will work with the energy of the Sun and the Moon, exploring how these essential forces shape our identity and emotions.
What will we explore in this workshop?
The Sun in the body → Vital energy, presence, inner strength.
The Moon in the body → Emotional memories, sensitivity, inner rhythms.
Movement and astrology → How to integrate astrological energy into daily experience.
Body awareness and somatic consciousness → Feeling before thinking, integrating before analyzing.
Special collaboration: Daniel Alzamora, musician and composer, will accompany us with a live sound exploration, allowing the vibration of sound to enhance the connection between the body and the energy of the planets.

Comfortable clothing to move freely. Notebook and pen to take notes and reflect on the experience.
