Un taller muy gustoso en el que vamos a estira y abrir todo el cuerpo. Comenzaremos de algo m\u00e1s lento a bucar m\u00e1s fluidez en el movimiento comenzando por secuencias m\u00e1s de tierra hacia el elemento aire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>18 MAYO: INVERTIDAS Y ACROBACIAS:<\/strong> taller enfocado a personas con experiencia en el columpio o que ya tienen cierta soltura. un taller activo en el que nos moveremos desde la fuerza y la flexibilidad buscando la ligereza. No apto para personas con hipertensi\u00f3n, v\u00e9rtigo y tendencia al mareo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>15 JUNIO: RESTAURATIVO: <\/strong>apto para cualquier tipo de nivel. For this quarter, we have the following dates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>APRIL 20: DEEP FLEXIBILITY:<\/strong> a workshop suitable for all levels. A very enjoyable workshop where we will stretch and open the entire body. We will start slower to find more fluidity in movement, beginning with more grounded sequences and moving towards the air element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MAY 18: INVERSIONS AND ACROBATICS: <\/strong>a workshop focused on people with experience in the swing or those who are already somewhat proficient. An active workshop where we will move using strength and flexibility to seek lightness. Not suitable for people with hypertension, vertigo, or a tendency to get dizzy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JUNE 15: RESTORATIVE:<\/strong> suitable for any level. In this workshop, the swing is much lower to experience deep relaxation, letting go, through the support of the swing and the force of gravity.
